Due the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Mitcham & Carshalton Annual General Meeting will be undertaking a virtual AGM, the first of it's kind at the club. The format will attempt to mimic a traditional AGM, however just through social distancing.
The event will start at 7pm aiming to conclude by 9pm at the latest.
It will take place through the online communication platform, ZOOM.
Please get in touch to request the Meeting ID & Password. As usual, only paid up members of the club will be elligible to vote.
When logging in, please mute yourself until the opportunity to ask questions.
The Chairman will start with his round up, followed by the committee members giving their Annual reports.
Following this, the voting will begin to select the Committee for the 2020/2021 season.
Please note as we'll be using a free zoom account, the time limit is only 40 minutes, so we will need to close the application several times throughout, so be prepared for that.
