Feeling inspired by the Lions Tour? Mitcham & Carshalton have begun their pre-season training in preparation for the upcoming season. After a few weeks of intense circuit and weights training led by new captain Paul Whittall, Steve Green has resumed coaching the squad. So far, training has been positive with some new players already joining our ranks, but there is always room for more!
