Mitcham & Carshalton started pre-season, early this year having been training on Tuesdays since the beginning of July. This Tuesday however, Mitcham underwent its first training session with new Coaching Coordinator, Ed Marsh, who certainly put the team through their paces.
Mitcham have 5 weeks until our first match against CSSC Barbarians and we're hoping to kick off the season firing on all cyclinders. Shame about the soreness on Wednesdays...
