To apply for tickets you must
1) have paid (or made arrangements to pay via standing order) your 2023/24 playing or social
membership (or be a life member)
2) read and agree to the attached terms and conditions
3) make your application to me at sam.bardwell77@gmail.com by Friday 10 th November
including all the information stipulated below
4) Make your payment to me via the bank details supplied within a week of securing the
tickets, otherwise they will be offered to unsuccessful applicants or re-sold to the RFU
Playing membership is £360, payable in a one off payment or a standing order on the 1 st of the
month.
Social Membership is £40, payable in a one off payment or yearly standing order

Tickets to these games will be allocated by ballot, first name drawn will be offered their choice of
one pair of tickets (or the three tickets together) and this will continue until all tickets are allocated.
If for any reason a successful applicant declines their opportunity to buy tickets I will continue to
draw names until all the tickets are allocated.
The set of three tickets are only available as a set of three and will not be split.
Away Matches
If you want to apply for tickets for an away match please let me know ASAP, availability is scarce
and I will likely grant them on a first come first served basis but applying for away tickets will not
affect you ability to secure tickets to the Twickenham games
Red Roses
Tickets for England Women Six Nations games can be requested on a first come first served basis.
Prices range from £15 to £30.
• Red Roses v Wales – 4.45pm Saturday 30 March – Ashton Gate, Bristol
• Red Roses v Ireland – 2.15pm Saturday 20 April – Twickenham Stadium
Terms & Conditions
For the avoidance of doubt – under no circumstances are you to re-sell these tickets to anyone or
via any means. If you are unable to attend please contact me ASAP, I will endeavour to transfer
the tickets to a new owner or secure a refund through the permitted channels.
The tickets remain the club’s personal responsibility and any improper use or resale may lead to
sanctions being made against the club by the RFU.

Failure to comply with the RFU Terms & Conditions for the distribution of tickets is a serious
disciplinary matter under the Club constitution and previous breaches have led to the suspension of
Club membership, a ban on applying for tickets and forfeiture of tickets and the price paid for
tickets.
