Applications
To apply for tickets you must
1) have paid (or made arrangements to pay via standing order) your 2022/23 playing or social membership (or be a life member)
2) read and agree to the attached terms and conditions
3) make your application to me at sam.bardwell77@gmail.com by Friday 16th September including all the information stipulated below
4) Make your payment to me via the bank details supplied within a week of securing the tickets, otherwise they will be offered to unsuccessful applicants or re-sold to the RFU
Playing membership is £240, payable in a one off payment or a standing order on the 1st of the month.
Social Membership is £40, payable in a one off payment or yearly standing order

Tickets to these games will be allocated by ballot, first name drawn will be offered their choice of one pair of tickets (or the three tickets together) and this will continue until all tickets are allocated. If for any reason a successful applicant declines their opportunity to buy tickets I will continue to draw names until all the tickets are allocated.
The set of three tickets are only available as a set of three and will not be split.
Please note the club has a league game on the 11th March. Players are asked to bear this in mind when selecting tickets.
Italy
If you want to apply for tickets to these game the window to purchase tickets for this game is still open (at the time of writing, there were pairs of tickets available in all categories) so I will determine your requirements and attempt to buy tickets on your behalf. Asking for or securing tickets to these games does not preclude you from being entered into the draw for the other games.
Away Matches
The club has a yet to be determined number of tickets for away games.
Wales v England - Saturday 25 February - KO 4:45pm
Ireland v England - Saturday 18 March - KO 5:00pm
If you want to apply for tickets for an away match please let me know by 16th September. I will judge the best way to proceed based on the volume of applications but applying for away tickets will not affect you ability to secure tickets to the Twickenham games
Terms & Conditions
For the avoidance of doubt – under no circumstances are you to re-sell these tickets to anyone or via any means. If you are unable to attend please contact me ASAP, I will endeavour to transfer the tickets to a new owner or secure a refund through the permitted channels.
The tickets remain the club’s personal responsibility and any improper use or resale may lead to sanctions being made against the club by the RFU.
Failure to comply with the RFU Terms & Conditions for the distribution of tickets is a serious disciplinary matter under the Club constitution and previous breaches have led to the suspension of Club membership, a ban on applying for tickets and forfeiture of tickets and the price paid for tickets.
