Bit of a tough day at the office yesterday away against a Reigate side who have been unbeaten all season.
Despite missing 5-6 regular first team players, M&C held our own for the first 20 mins, only occasionally conceding from sustained pressure or great breakaways, ending the half 17-0.
Whilst M&C still looked lively in spells, a tough Yellow Card allowed Reigate to capitalise, scoring three tries in quick succession. We did manage to claw on back in the final few mins but it was Reigate who got back into the scoring in the final play of the game, despite some heroic on the line defence from M&C.
A week off and then two tough games against Merton and Wandsworthians on 2nd & 9th December
