Why not join the committee and make a real difference! We’ve not shied away from the fact that it’s been a difficult year at Mitcham, however thanks to the donations from friends and families of the club, M&C are on the mend. The real thing we need now is bodies to implement our club rebuilding policy and a hint of imagination to take the club forward in a new direction.
If you’re concerned about not being able to fully commit to anything and everything, that’s not a problem. All we ask for is clear communication about how you think you can help. No contribution is too small. If you can lend yourself to the bar once every three months or own some decent gardening tools that you can drop off to the club for us to borrow, that works for us! This extends to parents of players (junior and senior), current senior players, retirees from the game, social members and everyone in between.
The committee meets on the first Monday of the month at the clubhouse approx 7.30 but we have a regular WhatsApp group to make sure updates are contstant.
Once again, it’s an exciting time to be a part of Mitcham & Carshalton!
