A tough day at the office for M&C's 2s who had a very tough day at the office against a very strong Chobham side, that really shouldn't be in the merit league we're currently in. Credit to the boys who made the journey into deep Surrey however and we're very proud of the lads for giving 100% until the end. First game week back and M&C are back to fielding two sides, a real testament to how the club is going from strength to strength.
Congrats also to our new 2XV Captain, leading out the side for the first time and also getting a cheeky try as well.
Next week, the lads travel away to Battersea Ironsides 5XV at their legendary ground, DS Park. Wish us luck!
