To apply for tickets you must
1) have paid (or made arrangements to pay via standing order) your 2024/25 playing or social membership (or be a life member)
2) read and agree to the attached terms and conditions
3) make your application to me at sam.bardwell77@gmail.com by Sunday 1st June including all the information stipulated below
4) Make your payment via the RFU website before 4th June otherwise they will be released and the same tickets cannot be guaranteed
Playing membership is £360, payable in a one off payment or a standing order on the 1st of the month.
Social Membership is £40, payable in a one off payment or yearly standing order

If oversubscribed, tickets to these games will be allocated by ballot - first name drawn will be offered their choice of one pair of tickets (or if possible three tickets together) and this will continue until all tickets are allocated. If for any reason a successful applicant declines their opportunity to buy tickets I will continue to draw names until all the tickets are allocated.
We have been undersubscribed in recent years so feel free to request more than a pair of tickets to your preferred game in your email application but I will primarily endeavour to give everyone access to one game and then look to satisfy extra requests.
If the tickets available are too expensive I might be able to re-book for a lower category – please ask.
Fiji & Argentina
If you want to apply for tickets to these games the window to purchase tickets for this game is still open (at the time of writing, there were pairs of tickets available in all categories) so I will determine your requirements and attempt to buy tickets on your behalf. Asking for or securing tickets to these games does not preclude you from being entered into the draw for the other games.
Terms & Conditions
For the avoidance of doubt – under no circumstances are you to re-sell these tickets to anyone or via any means. If you are unable to attend please contact me ASAP, I will endeavour to transfer the tickets to a new owner or secure a refund through the permitted channels.
The tickets remain the club’s personal responsibility and any improper use or resale may lead to sanctions being made against the club by the RFU.

Failure to comply with the RFU Terms & Conditions for the distribution of tickets is a serious disciplinary matter under the Club constitution and previous breaches have led to the suspension of Club membership, a ban on applying for tickets and forfeiture of tickets and the price paid for tickets.
